Sutomore is situated at Montenegrian seaside 5 miles NI from town of Bar. Sutomore is known for long time for its long sandy beach and healthy climate.

Geograficaly Sutomore lies on the slope of the hill and it is streched along pitoresque beaches carved by waves of Adriatic sea. Long sandy beach, open horison to Adriatic sea and high hills had created extremely healthy climate which made Sutomore famous. Besides that Sutomore is showing off with highest number of sunny days in Montenegro. Cosy hotels, restaurants, cafes and sport fields just along the sandy beach are perfect for holiday, fun and recreation.

Through its history Sutomore had been a fishermans' village, the hidaway of the medevial pirats between forts of Antivaris, Haj Nehaj and Golo Brdo. Numerous arceological sites, fortresses, churches and monasteries are silent witnesses to high profile of this area during centuries.

Besides sandy beach Sutomore is known for large number of hidden beaches for romantics and avanturists. Sutomore is famous for excelent cousine - sea food specialities prepared using natural olive oil ranging from shrimps to expencive San Pietro. For aperitif you would for sure be recomended to try Montenegrian grape brandy "Kruna", and during the main course the famous black wine "Vranac" or white one "Krstac".

Villa is located in a peacefull surrounding some 200 m away from the grand sandy beach of Sutomore. Around Villa there is some 400 m2 of paved yard with colorful flower garden and southern trees. Our regular guests especialy enjoy heavy shade of kiwi trees, grape.

The apartments are brand new, first time to be used in this season. Enterieur is modern, with top class ceramics and furniture which places apartments into high hotel category. Apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Villa with following structure:

• o single room apartments with double bed, bathroom w. TWC, terrasse.
• o three room apartments: one room w. double bed, one room w. two single beds, one room w. one bed, bathroom w. TWC, terrace.

The rooms are sunny and located on the 1st floor. Each room is with its own terasse, 2 and 3 single beds. The rooms are sharing two TWCs and two WC ond the same floor.

In the Villa's yard there is a summer kitchen, garden with tables and chares in the shade of kiwi and grape trees. Here the guests might spend free time, with refreshment at will.
